June 28, 2015 my 1RM was 120# so I’ll take this as a win.
Snatch: up to 120 (543333)
Squat for sets 1-5, Power for set 6.

OHS up to 155*3 (went for 165 fail!)
Snatch up to 145. Went for a 155 PR (so close) but again got scared of getting under the weight.

Snatchy-snatch: 95% to 110#, squat snatched all but the final, one and only, last rep – as per my usual. I added an OHS to the power snatch, like a cherry on top.🍒
