Today should’ve been a rest day but went in to do a lifting session because I’m away later this week.. Bad decision π Did some Snatches, Clean & Jerks, and Back Squats but none felt or looked very pretty π€·πΌββοΈ

100m take I – monitor turned off the second before we started, I reset the monitor wrong, rowed 100m, but the distance kept ticking and my soul was crushed.
100m take II, about a min later – 19.3 (ok, Dec 6 was 19.2)
200m – 41.7 (bad)
500m – 1:56.3 (worse)
1000m – 4:29.6 (active recovery?)

1000 m: 4:08.1 sec … this was awful!

DL to 230 lbs. Tried to get 250 lbs off the ground and my body said “no thank you”.
100m TT = 20.9 seconds
200m TT = 46.4 seconds
