WOD – 14:04 with 85lbs, ring rows and assisted dips

Snatch Complex: 110lbs (+5lb PR)
WOD: 9:39 w/RMU & 105lb for the snatch. Could have gone heavier, not RX heavier, but maybe 5-10lbs more.
Also did the RMUs in 2s & 3s. Very happy to be stringing these in wods lately.
