Fr Sq: 3RM 145#
WOD: Not my finest 16 minutes! Went down hill fast. Started with 12 cals, 5 leg raises and 10 snatches at 35#. Fast forward to mid wod – none of that was happening – to the point that I just did what I could in the minute. YIKES.
