Messed up at 43 DUs in the first round 🤷♂️
WOD: 6:09 with 5-4-3-2-1 BMUs. Based on my time I probably could have gone with more BMUs, not full Rx but a few more reps per round.
Sumo DLs: 125-155–175-195-225. These felt surprisingly good tonight.
