6 of us battled the 12 Days of Christmas this morning… and everyone did great.
I realized about 11 rounds in that I was doing my Turkish Getups wrong… start on the floor… but I did the full movement, just start position was wrong… haha!
My time is on the board, 34:xx (dunno the seconds). Pretty much on par from last year.
That’s what happens when you have movie popcorn for supper the night before. >:(

35:07, it didn’t feel that long, I think it was because of the frequent movement changes.

I liked this WOD more than I thought I would. I think next year we should start at 12 and work our way down 🙂

Ring Dips took up a significant portion of this WOD. I may even go so far as to say they took the most time to complete of all the movements. U. G. H.

Burpees
I scaled the ring dips and HSPU, rest was RX
Time 27:59 – screwed up some rounds but it all worked it in the end!
So much fun!!

2014 time: 36:10 w/ paralettes , RX thrusters/good mornings, RX box jumps (step ups), split box squat (pistols), 15# TGUs, HSPU with 20″box, 35 and 26 when available

34:38 R’x Even accidentally did the 53 lb TGU. Also did a few rounds of chin-ups instead of ring rows, just felt like doing chin ups. that half hour mark hit and I basically felt like a bag of ass. Everyone worked so hard today! great way to head in to the Xmas break!
