CrossFit is for young and already fit people.

This is quite simply incorrect, everything we do is scalable.  We have had 60 year old grandfathers and grandmothers working out alongside 25 year old young men and women. We all do the same workout, but our job is to find that optimal workout experience for each of our clients. Some might jump on a really high box, some might jump on a lower box. Some might lift a lot of weight, some might lift very little weight. The coaching staff is always in search of that level of training that gives everyone that same level of relative intensity.
