Snatch complex up to 60lbs with a full slow OH squat, pretty pumped for this.
WOD: 9:45 with 10lbs, a 2:02 PR woo-hoo. Surround yourself with the guys, who I swear didn’t take any breaks at all, kept to the strategy of sets of 10, did not look at the clock and just kept making myself pick it up back and do 10 more.

Upto 115 which is my 1rm, happy to hit it twice in the complex. Felt solid and could’ve gone up but I’ll take the small victory.

Karen 9:43 rx (1:56 PR from Nov 2017) my goal was sub 10 mins with 10 reps every 40s. I kept that up until 110 reps then fell apart but Rob kept me on pace!

Snatch complex up to #75. Was able to snatch #80 but could not finish the complex.
WOD – 9:16 RX. First time attempting RX and didn’t record my Nov time with 10 pound ball. Did sets of 10 until 120 when I broke down to sets of 5.
