It wasn’t pretty but I got it up there! (Last week was 65lbs)
WOD: “Karen” – 9:02 w/8lb ball, 9′ target
(Last time was 7:49 with 8lb ball, 8′ target, though I didn’t know then we had to clear the line so today was actually considerably higher)

WOD: 8:40 with 10lbs and ?9′ or 10′ line… This is a 2 1/2 min PR. Guess next time I should do it Rx’d and see what my time is!
