I knew this was going to be a hard combo…
Skill: Averaged out 11 cals and 10 wall-balls (14#/9′). I did the first round Rx and then got woke… worked for 45-50 seconds on the row and did my 10 wall-balls, which took about 35-40 seconds.
Sweatfest.
