1st min: 25 Double Unders + 5 Deadlifts, 225/155lbs + 5 Burpees

3rd min: 25 Double Unders + 5 Deadlifts, 225/155lbs + 7 Burpees

WOD: Finished the 7 burpee round (so three rounds, going as fast as I could) and then the 8 burpee round was insta dumpster fire.
Whoa. I did 25DU, 115 DL and started with 5 burpees.
I would recommend starting with one burpee so that you can get more rounds in.
