Every minute on the minute for 10 mins:
Even: 1-5 Strict Handstand Pushups
Odd: 1-5 Kipping Handstand Pushups
Partner Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
8 Dumbbell Power Clean & Jerks, 50/35lbs (Two Dumbbells)
8 Handstand Pushups
Alternate sprint rounds with a partner.
Practice HSPU from 24” box from knees and DB PP with 20#
WOD with Janice 12+9 with 20# DB C&J and HSPUs from 24” box and 2” deficit

HSPU practice: Used 25# DB for the strict (press) and 30# for the ‘kipping’ push presses.
WOD: With Anna. 🙂 I did 25# DB cleans/jerk and 25# presses in lieu of HSPU.
Those 15 mins might be the longest in the hx of time.
