Skill: I did the complex at 55# every 2 minutes to practice the snatch balances.
Wod: 18 snatches at 65#
Skill: Complex up to 185 (had to bail the 2nd snatch balance at 195)
WOD: 31 rx
Complex: 105 across 5 sets
WOD: 15rx. Flirted with depth but they were fine, more importantly I am thrilled with how these felt.
