DT: 9:39rx. Kind of a PR. The only other time I remember doing it was at 110lbs in 11:52.
Then official PL meet prep began with a crap ton of back squats at 240lbs & a lot of help from my friends. I was about 3 shy of the planned seven sets of 3.
I’m hungry.
Complex to 120 lbs. they felt great so I was jazzed to head into DT!
