WB 50 reps @ 10lbs yowza

5:30am is really hitting me hard lately!
WOD was done, but far from Rx. 250m + 7-10 burpees (average of 8.3 if you were wondering, haha)
Wall Balls were 16… I had a fumble and the ball rolled up the wall and it was all over. Maybe next time!

OG: Did some practice for the W4W complex. Wow. Hard. (1 hang sq clean, 1 sq clean, 1 jerk, 1 hang sq clean, 1 sq clean and 1 jerk.) Not dropping the first clean is like, whoa.
