WOD 17:35 with HSPU from 24” box, assisted ring dips

Push Jerk 155×5 (+5lb PR)
WOD: 18:22rx-ish. Didn’t use any bands but I need to work on my body position to make my reps more legit.
Deadlift: 320×1. Tried 325 for a PR but couldn’t get it all the way up. Oh well, I’ll take a PR match after an intense 5:30pm class!
