Min 3- 10 Ghd sit-ups
Wod – 20:44 – used 20lb db for strict press, and 4 wall walks instead of hs walk. Shoulders are smoked 😉

WOD: 2 reps short of strict HSPU at the 25 min cap. Did 20 banded HS hand lifts instead of HS walks.
