Press to 90 lbs three times. The first two lifts were basically bench presses. Third lift felt amazing. Tried 95 lbs and couldn’t get it off my chest. ha!
Clean was 145 lbs. Tried a few times for 150 lbs but my head wasn’t in it. My heart was, though!
