13:41 Rx (which is a cool 0:17 PR). I tried to go sets of 5. This worked until the rep 60 dumpster fire.
BS was 190 lbs for three. A little “toes-ey” on rep three but they didn’t feel awful!

3rm back squat 165lbs (94%)
Karen 8:56 rx (47s PR) made a plan and stuck to it! Goal was sub 9 so broke it up to 10 reps/30s to 50, factored in that I usually want to give up right around here so slowed it to 10 reps/40s to 150 and was able to keep with it til the end.

Opted to try and keep my 11 reps every 30 seconds strategy longer this time and ultimately, it didn’t work out. I kept it until 121 again, then 7, 8, 7, 7 to finish off. Way too big of a break after 121 cost me a PR me thinks 😁
