      • Partner 1: 1,000m Row
      • Partner 2: Wall Sit
      • Every time the Wall Sit is broken, switch tasks
    • Pair 2 completes
      • Partner 1: Double Unders
      • Partner 2: 50 Thrusters, 135/95
      • Every time the Thrusters are broken, switch tasks
    • Once both Pairs complete their work, that is 1 round and the Pairs switch
