Pullups took a while. 5 sets of 10 and I took big breaks here.
Wallballs 2 x (8 + 6×7), also big breaks here. Legs were cement from 20.5 and DL/BJ.
Double Unders were 8×25, no misses but big breaks between.
Plate Run was a little over 3 minutes.
