WOD: 13:20 with 10lbs WB to the 9′ line (previous time was 11:47 with the same). Appreciated the encouragement to get thru this one, this one that I didn’t want to do but at the same time, glad I did it.

Weird Day.
Bad-Mathed my Snatches and did them at 87% (165lbs) instead of 80% (150lbs)….oops
Snatches up to 165x2x3 – felt OK; missed the first one of the last set then nailed the next two

Attempted, and stuck to, 10 Wallballs every 30 seconds. Harrrrd in the last 30….
Apparently, I have done this WOD 6 times in the past, but only twice Rx’d.

Similar strategy to Greg. Tried to stick with sets of 10 every 30 seconds. Lasted 8 rounds and had to go to 5’s. That extra break adds up fast.

Snatch to 70lbs from hang position (5,4,3,3,3,3), reset from 75 to work on my grip.
This was my second “Karen”, 9:01 with 10lb ball (sorry Michelle), will definitely give myself a push next time and RX it. Great 5pm group!
