Karen: 7:24rx. Didn’t feel nearly as bad as I expected it to this morning but not sure where I would have made up almost a minute for a PR.

Back squat 6×5 to 150#
Karen 11:39 rx first time doing this! Worked with sets of 10 for first 50, then sets of 5. Previously did 150 KB swings or goblet squats.

Bench press warmup to 105×10 followed immediately by 10 minutes of 1 minute intervals of Bench press and Assault Bike.

Not sure of previous scores, but PR or not think I could have been faster. Next time!

First Karen = 9:58 Rx. Sets of 10 to about 30 or 40 and then dropped to sets of 5. Something to work on for the next time around.
