C&J, 85lbs (+5lb PR on the C&J), was only able to get 1 of the jerks… need to work on that technique.
Karen – Oh Karen… my first time doing this benchmark and it wasn’t terrible, phewph. 11:47 with 10lb… I need to take Steve’s tips though, and count my breaks… cause my breaks were longer than necessary. I was able to do sets of 10 for 70% of them… had five no reps including my very first WB, boo urns lol.
Nice work to Liz getting through her first WOD after on-ramp!!

So because I’m bored at work, I decided to look up my previous Karen time from last April which was 11:14 10lbs ball to the 9″ line.
I hilariously had a PR yesterday and was very unaware. Not only am I 36 weeks pregnant I PR’d my time with 9:40 seconds 10lbs ball and 9″ line
1:34 pr crazy!!

Was not mentally there this morning. Clean and jerks were awful. I think I got one at 105# when I was supposed to be doing 543333 to 115#.
WOD = 10:02 RX. Was on track for sub 10 but then last 2 were no reps and had to be done again.
Oh well.. Some days are just better than others!
