What is CrossFit Teens?
In our CrossFit Teens (Ages 13-17 or Grades 9-12) Program, we focus on establishing a functional fitness base in a safe and fun environment.
We combine elements from Gymnastics, body-weight/calisthenics and “cardio” that can be then applied to any sport or to develop general overall fitness. Teens have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to the stimulus of CrossFit workouts during years of peak development. In our Teen group classes, we’ll teach them proper movement mechanics, which creates a broad athletic foundation that can be applied to any sport, activity, or general life!
