Fundy CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility and our purpose is to work with our clients to significantly increase their fitness levels. We do this by using a blend of gymnastics (think pushups), weightlifting (think squats), and ‘classic cardio’ (think running). We combine elements from each of these categories to form the workout of the day (WOD) that members perform together in a group format.

We provide the tools, coaching, and the environment to help you reach your goal(s), while you bring the drive and the hard work. Over time, you’ll become stronger, faster, and more fit – we promise!

You may be wondering What exactly is CrossFit?

For those of you who’d like to know a few more details, CrossFit defines fitness as a person’s competency in the ten recognized general physical skills:

Every single person has a level of ability in each of those 10 skills. Some people are very strong, some are super powerful, some are really fast, and some can run for days. The CrossFit program aims to increase a person’s ability in each one of the 10 skills, not to specialize in any particular one of them. That concept is the key to becoming fit! At Fundy CrossFit we strive to provide carefully designed WODs so that you increase your fitness in as little time as possible. You’ll rarely repeat the same workouts so you’ll encounter tons of variety, however, there are Benchmark WODs that we routinely use to mark progress. What this means is that you’ll never get bored and your motivation will remain high!
